You shouldn't need a bank statement to apply for a blue badge.

The online application should show what proof your local authority requires.

You don’t need to send proof of address. If you automatically qualify for a blue badge because of a PIPDLA award then you need to send the award letter as proof.

If you don’t automatically qualify through a PIP/DLA award then you will need to send evidence to support your claim.
