If this is not allowed/seems too political, I apologise and moderator please feel free to delete, I do not wish to offend anybody but just a strong thought I had.
Yesterday, I spent my day thinking about my ancestors and lighting candles for them in the 80th commemoration of the Liberation of Auschwitz 💔😪.
I find the timing of Reeves'/government announcement, or rhetoric, about sick or disabled people, repugnant.
None of us should allow indifference 🙏 🙏 🙏.

I don’t have any personal connection to the Holocaust but I heavily researched it for years and I felt sick seeing Starmer and Reeves commemorating it. Do they realise that the first people to be victims of gas chambers were disabled children? They can’t commemorate an atrocity with one hand then cause another atrocity with the other. They are repugnant

MangoMungo. Thankfully I didn't see them commemorating, don't think it would have done my heart much good. I think any irony is lost on them, tone deaf.

Dear @mangomungo You have survived more than the tiny minds on the Labour Front Bench and the "opposition" across the Chamber can begin to imagine. I wish I had words of comfort. I can only say, you're brave, your awesome

I believe in karma and I’d lightly describe myself as Buddhist. I believe they’re setting themselves up for a seriously hard life next time around
