Work capability assessment, they only focused on mental health is this normal?

Hi,
Ive just had my work capability telephone assessment today and it was only 10 minutes, also they didn't ask me about all my illness/disabilities I wrote down on the form, they only focused on my mental health related one. Is this normal?
Thank you

It’s normal for them to concentrate on one condition only because they usually concentrate on where they think may qualify you.
Yes I’ve known assessments last for that short of time. It happened to me many years ago.

Yes this can be normal.
If the assessor feels you meet one descriptor for an award, then they will focus the assessment on that.
As it would be a waste of time discussing other problems when they have identified an area that you qualify.
I'm not saying 100% that's what happened with your assessment, but usually when it's focused on one area that's the most likely explanation.

I was on 21 mins . I’d say 5 mins of that was silence where she was typing . Concentrated on one area only. Then at the end asked few none related questions concerning another area I have issues with . I got my award 11 days later was over the Christmas holidays x
