Hi @ben2026, welcome to the community. PIP is usually awarded based on how your conditions affect you day to day so you don't need a specific condition or diagnosis to get PIP.
It can take a long time to hear back from them, but that doesn't mean your application has been rejected. They'll let you know when your claim has reached the next stage.
If you're feeling worried about it, you could try calling the enquiries line. They might be able to tell you what stage your claim is at.
The number is 0800 121 4433.
Hope you hear back soon! 😊

Hi @ben2026, the assessments for PIP and LCWRA are different, so when the time comes you'll be invited for another assessment for your PIP. Sometimes they do what's called a 'paper based assessment', which means they just use what you wrote on the form. But most of the time it'll be a phone call where they ask you some questions about your conditions.
Hopefully you're not waiting too much longer to hear back from them ☺️
