I have never posted before but wanted to thank Scope so much for the electric throw which arrived today and which I have not on switched off since it arrived. I used to receive the payment for help with heating but since about a type of property you that no longer applies. I don’t think the government considered that if you have a disability you have the heating on all the time to help with pain and the bills are higher than the average person in the same type of property would be. Thank you once again, Scope.
