PIP review

Hi , please could someone kindly confirm that if during the Pip review essesment a decision is made that Pip is no longer due, whether in such a situation the payment will be stopped immediately? , and only a positive decision of the Tribunal will restore the payment back?
Thank you .
Kind regards.

Any new decision made on a PIP review will overrule your current award. Therefore, if you're refused then yes your current award will stop.
If the decision is changed in your favour at either MR or Tribunal or DWP change the decision and offer an award before the hearing (they do sometimes) then your payments will restart at your new award rate. You will then receive any money that's owed.
To give yourself the best chance of a positive decision for a review you should make sure you treat it as a new claim and when filling out the forms, please include as much relevant information as possible.
