Coventry Grid for Adults?

My therapist has asked me to look at the Coventry Grid, in relation to ADHD, CPTSD, Sensory Issues, Attachment disorder etc.

I can't find it anywhere online that isn't behind a paywall, does anyone have any idea where I can find it online? Thanks
