Thank you so very much for taking the time to reply. My apologies getting back to you. I'm so sorry to hear this is still going on for you, it sounds incredibly frustrating and not to mention how stressful it must be. I hope things settle down for you soon. Ive not as yet submitted my Daughters migration form. I think being her appointee will maybe in some ways make this more difficult. I have all her ID, luckily she has a good amount to show them. I don't think I'll request an extension....its probably best just done. I just hope they will leave her alone for a while before asking for a reveiw...I've heard they often do this quite soon after the migration. Thank you again for your reply....Good luck going forward! x

Thank you so much for your reply....I very much appreciate taking time to reply to me. I've not yet submitted my Daughters migration form. Her father is her official appointee, though we do help to sort things for our daughter together. Aa her father is her appointee he has been making sure that he also has his ID up to date. My Daughters ID is good...but her payments go into his account so thought it best to have his also. My Daughter is adamant that she doesn't want the payments going directly to her account....I think she's just used to the payments done this way and, at least at this time, wants it to stay the same. She's going through a very difficult time and still grieving terribly for her friend....the migration couldn't of come at a worse time. As for payment schedule, her dad has said he will pay her on the usual dates she used to and he's happy to let it even out either way. Luckily, she doesn't have the complication of HB or CT as she lives with me. It's just her Esa and Dla that she receives. I think once it's sorted I'm just hoping they will leave her alone for a while before dragging her through a reveiw! I've heard they often do that not long after migration. We'll see. Her father has been her appointee for a long time and he's wrote out a lengthy letter to add into the journal to make sure they have all the information. But, one oversight is that he no longer lives here with us....but he didn't change his address with them. He said he phoned them, but that was 3 years ago! Letters from them rarely come out, and he thought it was sorted. Sometimes things like this when life is difficult get overlooked....but I am even more worried because it just creates more stress! I hope thus migration is as straightforward as can be, given the circumstances I'm not so sure. I hope your brother is doing okay? Have they asked to do a review for him as yet? Thank you again for your help x
