Hi I have a small nhs pension which I'm told will have a £14.00 per month pay rise I've been claiming contribution based esa I don't have to sign on or anything like that or look for work because of my health condition and when I applied for this benifit it didn't matter what my husband was earning or what we had in the bank as this is an increase to my incomings do. I have to inform the dwp I've never claimed benefits befor this and I get my self in a tizz worry that I'm doing something wrong

You do need to inform ESA about your pension yes.

I have to inform them each time my MOD pension changes.

I forgot once and they said they could fine me £50 but they never did after I explained that it wasn't done on purpose.

They also need to know the details of our pension providers.

After each pension increase they adjust the payment I get from ESA

For the avoidance of doubt, pensions of up to £85/week are ignored. For every £1/week over that amount CB ESA/ New style ESA is reduced by 50p/week.

I realise you know this but bonfire64 and others reading this, may not know that. Even if the pension is less than £85/week they still need to know.
