I had a review form to fill in back in November that I got help filling in from cab I was unwell on the day of that appointment the additional stress and anxiety causes havoc with my body I thought cab sent the form back on my behalf heard nothing then got a letter in January stating that the decision had been made on Christmas Day to stop my payment as they never got the form back in time ,this letter caused complete breakdown I contacted cab who told me to speak with dwp and explain the situation which I did which much support from my Pa thankfully they reinstated my payments I sent the form and evidence back to them and have so far not heard anything else as yet it’s like living on eggshells I have already been through the whole process of tribunals twice and really don’t want to go through it a third time I am too scared to call for an update so just in limbo land waiting has anyone else been through this as many times as me and do I just continue to wait my latest award is due to stop in June

There’s extremely long delays with review decisions and many people are waiting about a year for a decision.

Your current award will continue until a decision is made. If the decision isn’t made by the time your award is due to end you will be sent a letter advising you that your award has been extended for up to 1 year.

I've been through a review recently myself and had my decision back in Mid October, or there about. I received my form around the first week of November 2023.

The best thing you can do is try your hardest to forget about it, I know that's difficult. but it's not going to help to constantly think about it. I received standard text messages with updates throughout the time I waited and ended up with a paper based decision.
