Contacting MPs Outside Your Constituency

Hello, everyone.
I was wondering how to go about contacting MPs outside your constituency. I have emailed Grahame Morris my concerns, but there are plenty MPs who are disability allies, who have spoken out against scapegoating of vulnerable people and concerns about reforms. Richard Burgon and Steve Darling for example.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Hi @Ironside1990, I'm not too sure if they would only speak to their own constituents or not, but you could mention that you have reasons for contacting that particular MP and see what they say. If it's more of a general issue it could be slightly different than if you wanted help with a local issue, so it may be worth a try to see what the response is.
If you need specific contact details, there's a list of emails here:
Parliamentary Contact Details for MPs - UK Parliament
It's in a spreadsheet format which isn't always accessible to everyone, but MPs email addresses are usually in the format of Firstname.Lastname.mp@parliament.uk, so you can take an educated guess on their email if there's anyone in particular you wanted to contact 😊
