Hi, my name is Samrory51! Do I need to go to the post office to tax my vehicle?

            hello!
My son is 35 and has CP. He does not live with me but my car is registered as disabled class as I do all the ferrying.
last year I was able to tax it over the phone. This year they have sent me a “V11z”. I tried to tax it on line but it does not recognise the exemption certificate. I tried to call but cannot get through. Do I need to go to PO on Monday and get this done?

Hi @Samrory51, welcome to the community. If they aren't taking the certificate online, it may be best to head down to the Post Office to get it sorted unfortunately! Hope you can get it done without too much stress 0
