Help with cost of moving to an adapted property.

IHI I'm Tim
Does anyone know of any financial help i can get because I'm having to move to an adapted property because the property I'm in at the moment isn't big enough for my wheelchair. I'm using a £60 stool to get around on at the moment as I've said my door ways and kitchen and hallway isn't big enough for me at the moment .but luckily the housing person has found me a property that has already been adapted it only took her two weeks .it's also right in the middle of the village where i live .it's actually worked out fantastic to be honest .I'm just concerned about the cost of moving .as I'm obviously going to be no help at all as I'm in a wheelchair. So everything is going to be left to the moving company my dad can help a bit but he is 80 years old .and my mother passed away in November from stage four lung cancer at the early age of 76 . So i would imagen its going to cost a few quid . I've not had any conversations with moving companies at the moment as its going to be a month or two before i can move .i can cope with that as the housing officer has told me the property is mine .I'm just asking if anyone knows if there is any help out there for people in my position? Thank you for reading .and thanks in advance if someone could at least point me in the right direction.again many thanks Tim.

I would talk to moving companies soon as places get booked up. It's better to have a date booked in that you need to change, than be unable to find anyone for the date you need.
As for financial help, a few places to try:

Thanks for the advice i did tell my housing officer that i need at least a month's notice before i move .I've already told her it's no good you coming to me and telling me you need to move next week so i have already agreed that with her and she did say that wouldn't happen anyway. So if she keeps to her word i shall be OK .and she agreed with me that she will give me at least a month before i need to move notice .the date will at least be 4 weeks in the future .but thank you for your help it is much appreciated so thank you . Thanks Tim.
