I really need to get this sorted it is having a major effect on my mental health. I have significant difficulty dealing with people face to face or over the phone so when i got shown the universal credit journal where I can leave messages and direct messages to what supposed to be my work coach I felt less tense and hopeful when explaining my problems which are, 10 years i was on ESA and severe disability premium as well has DLA with a indefinite sick note. i was getting every 2 weeks £389:00 & £348:00 every 28 days now i get my DLA still no issues there but £328:00 monthly universal credit I'm at a huge loss. They owe me for what i am entitled to and never received get paid the transitional premium payment to cover the loss of my severe disability premium and I do not now how to fix and get what i am owed/entitled to.

Did you claim UC because you received a migration letter asking you to claim?
If you did then £328/month UC doesn't refer to any of the current element rates. Can you please look at your statements and tell me exactly what's included? It should say something like… standard allowance, LCWRA element, housing element, if you claim for help with the rent and Transitional Protection.
Some people's ESA was also part contributions based, if this was yours then that part would have reverted to New Style ESA and payments for that would have continued at a lower rate of £276.40/fortnight. (current rates) This amount would have been deducted in full from any UC entitlement at a rate of £598.86/month.
Are you currently working and receiving any earnings? Do you claim carers allowance?

DLA would have only been suspended and would restart once you leave prison. ESA would be suspended while on remand but if given a prison sentence the ESA would have ended completely and you would not be able to reclaim this when you were released.
With the ESA ending there would have been no entitlement to SDP and no Transitional Protection entitlement in UC.
You also need to go through another work capability assessment by reporting your health condition and provide fit notes. You must continue to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision is made on your claim.
