My son is on pip and he's c hanging from universal credit to Esa,he's got mental health problems, Chrons disease and fibermyralga he's worried about a fab to face because he has problems talking to people he's 45 years old.

Do you mean he's changing from ESA to UC because of managed migration? If he's unable to attend an appointment in person he can request a telephone appointment as a reasonable adjustment.
