Eye tests while claiming new style contribution based ESA

Hello there. If someone is claiming contribution based ESA and gets free eye tests and money towards glasses through their employer, does this affect the ESA in any way? I understand that only income based claims are entitled to free eye tests on the NHS but remember reading about the ESA being effected by employer benefits.
