Going Away

Hi, so over the last few weeks my mental health has rapidly declined to a point I’m worried about myself. I’m in a long distance relationship with a guy in Sweden and he has been coming over to visit me. We have been together for over six years, he is coming over to see me on March 1st and is staying until May 5th my question is now I’m migrating from esa sg to uc can I go to sweden from the 5th May to the 2nd of June. I’ve worked out it’s 28 days as the day I go and come back doesn’t count according to what I read!
Will I need to notify DWP as at the moment I don’t think my mental health and deal with dealing with anyone from there at the moment especially cause they are playing a big decline in my mental state. I’ve even had to have my medication up so I’m some what constantly sedated so I don’t do something against my life.
