ESA: What is it about?

The ESA letter arrived a few days ago. I don't know what it is about: do I owe them, or do they owe me backdated payments?
From 10th August 2019 to 31st January 2020?
Thank you

Have you had any recent changes in circumstances, such as a new PIP award?

Yes, changed to pip enhanced daily living and mobility.

That will have triggered the ESA letter.
When I was awarded PIP last year it triggered ESA to look at my award in case I was entitled to anything extra, and send a nonsense letter.
Like me, as you get New Style ESA & UC no extra money is due from the PIP award.
But they look again at ESA anyway, then as per usual send out a letter which is barely understandable 🙃
They do not owe you money nor do you owe them money.
