Hi, my name is MatthewSSTaylor! Letter from UC hasn't arrived, is there a way to get one directly?

Hello I am Matthews Father and have been trying to help him with his move from ESA to universal credit and I can only describe it as trying to swim through treacle. I am finding it very difficult to understand what is required, but we seem to be getting somewhere at last. The main problem seems to be that because Matthew is disabled due the having been the victim of a very serious assault in 1997 and ending up on life support in a coma for 3 months which has left him both physically and mentally impaired due to him having a bleed on the brain which caused a stroke and other physical injuries, he does not understand computers at all so he has to do everything using the postal system. we have been told three times that a letter has been sent to Matthew outlining his entitlement to Universal Credit, which we need for Citizens Advice ( Who helped us with the transistion originally ) because they need this information so they can compare their calculations with universal credits calculation to check if he is getting the right amount he is entitled to. This letter still has not arrived even though I have again been told it has been sent to his address. So do i just keep ringing universal credit in the hope that the letter will eventually arrive or is there some way I can get a copy from them direct.
