Esa have said they need discharge letter from prison so I got that from the prison and I didn't no that for one day my claim would be stopped now I called esa several times yesterday and every call I made I had to wait over an hour to speak to someone from esa.
Will I be put on the same benefits I was on before, I haven't been in this situation before and don't no what to expect.
On Friday esa staff said to me they were going to pay me £39:49 because I don't have any money food, waited for it no payment rang back next day Saturday and then they said it wasn't authorised then they said it will be paid by 12pm waited till 12:30 no payment rang esa back and they said cmtgey cannot make payment because they need discharge letter from prison.
Got letter from prison as I was released from court and no paperwork is given to me. I asked jobcentre staff to email this to DWP and they have how long will it take to get my payment as this is very difficult and frustrating for me and absolutely draining me mentally.
Thanks everyone feedback is appreciated

The system for helping people with disabilities has gone to hell. Sadness.
