Confused

I don’t know if anyone can shed some light on my confusion. I’ve been receiving PIP for a while, standard daily and standard mobility. January of this year I finally got my review after having a 12 month extension, I think that was due to backlog. I phoned PIP yesterday to see if a decision been made, and the automated service said my next payment will be for £307, which is less than what I was getting. Thinking I may have lost some of my PIP, I waited to talk to someone. They informed me that i have been awarded standard daily and enhanced mobility, which is more then what I was getting (£405) but I’m getting less next month If you can understand what I mean. PIP couldn’t explain it either. Is there anyone that could possibly understand why I’m getting less next month?

The automated line often gives out incorrect information.

Kimmy87 when I spoke to the lady at pip she confirmed that’s the payment she can see, but couldn’t understand why it was less.

I can't make any sense of those numbers either.
The closest I can get is 4 weeks of just Enhanced Mobility at £303.
Perhaps you could ring again and request a call back from the case manager.

That’s what I calculated, which is why I waited to talk to someone, I thought I lost my standard daily. But according to who I spoke to, I haven’t. So weird. Thank you though Kimmy87
