Pip Phone Assessment

Hi there. I had a telephone assessment for PIP yesterday as i have chronic Osteoarthritis and currently waiting to see a consultant at the hospital to be assessed for a hip replacement.
My assessment took around 40 minutes and i felt like the assessor did not ask me all the questions on the form. She didn't ask about planning a journey which on the form i said would be impossible for me to do on my own due to my disability. I was wondering do they also take into consideration what you have written on your form and not just from the actual assessment on the phone as felt it was quite short and questions which i expected to be asked weren't. I feel like now that i might have failed the assessment even tho i live in constant agony from my arthritis which makes it difficult for me to do even the simplist of tasks.
Many thanks in advance!
