Hi I’m looking for some advice because I’m receiving conflicting info and would like to know what the eligible criteria is.
I am 21 I have Tourette’s, ASD, learning disabilities and also physical walking disabilities. I receive high rate PIP on both parts and claim UC as a single person with no housing costs.
October 2024 I started a part time OU course on the advise of my neurologist I made a claim for SF to cover the course fees NOT the maintenance part. I also received DSA this was for special IT equipment and software. I did not receive any money from this. I also do not receive any maintenance part of SF.
I would like to know if this would have had any impact on my UC? What I have read on line it suggests that if I fit the criteria which I believe I do it will have no effect.
Online it’s states there are exceptions and I believe I fulfil these exception.
Pls advice
Kind regards
