Pip renewal

Can I ask for advice I have received assessors report for pip renewal I have fibromyalgia, dislocation shoulder injury left me with limited movement in right arm and bad mental health
I was on enhanced for both parts after tribunal jump forward and now assessment report says advised standard on both I don't agree with the report as I do not wash myself upper hair or dress upper body due to right arm I require help,
I don't think if they award standard I have the fight to argue it, I have a ot report that states I have equipment, and I did state I don't dress upper body or wash own hair yet they dismiss this, can I ask if I don't argue it when it comes to re applying in two years time ( 2 year award will it be looked at as a whole new claim or will fact I didn't argue it go against me, also how do I applu again and when on a two year award and can I keep evidence such as ot report and still use that as evidence as they saying a new ot report isn't needed as my needs are same as previous
Thanks for any advice, I just don't think I have the fight in me to fight for enhanced care
