Hi does anyone know if you can get a reduction on council tax if you have the following: Autism, adhd and ocd? And if so how much would that be as I read somewhere it was 25%?
Many thanks

Council Tax Reduction is for low income.
Council Tax Discounts are separate.
There is a Severe Mental Impairment discount

If you live alone you can apply for SMI exemption. As long as your GP signs the medical form as you being SMI and you receive a disability benefit you would be entitled to 100% exemption.
If you live with one other person and are jointly liable, then you would be removed from liability and the account would be awarded 25% SMI discount disregard.
If there are more than 2 liable parties and the other liable parties are not eligible for SMI or student discount for example then you would be removed from liability but no discount would be awarded.
