Spinal stenosis

Hello. I'm new here and would welcome any help or hints on how to endure the nerve pain caused by this condition. I am currently waiting and waiting.....for a spinal injection to relieve the pains don't think it will be anytime soon so looking for any help available. Thanks J

Hi @jan53 have you any pain relief from your drs, you may have to try a few different ones to find one that suits

Thanks. Iv tried several and all to no avail. I'm seeing a spinal man this week so hoping he can come up with some alternative.

hi jan. I had nerve root block injections last may which really helped the pain. Went into hospital and had them done at lunchtime. Went home to rest but the pain relief from the injections was pretty instant. A relief!. Definitely worth a try if you are offered them
