Utilising AI to respond to complex government requests.

I recently used DeepSeek R32 an AI application in order to respond to a dispute regarding UC and pensions. I found it very useful so I asked members here if it would be helpful in their own responses to what can be very complex and daunting requests from UC and probably most departments of government.
To be clear, if this request conflicts with SCOPE forum guidelines, can the moderators clarify which guidelines have been broken?
Much appreciated
Jack

Hello,
I almost always use AI to respond to them. usually i copy the post into AI and it helps me understabd it ad then helps me drafta reply. sometimes i type a reply when i am cofused and upset and show AI first and helps me change it. i find it really useful for things like this because it helps me feel more in control.1 -
I stated to use ai a few months back, and have tested chatgpt and Microsoft ai extensively, i pay for both services, the latter through subscription for Word doc and Outlook etc, other tools. I know each of their limitations and moreover that they forget information (moreover if you feed them too much info docs etc) and that each draft you make they often leave out info. Sometimes it is useful when they leave out info but mostly not cos they can and do leave out important info. and they do not report what info they left out. what i do it feed it the letter doc etc from the third party, and at the same time let the ai know what i think, where i stand etc on the matter and ask it to form a reply based on the situation circumstances. I will use one ai, then with a first draft ask the other ai to suggest ways to improve the draft. I will read through those suggestions and return to the first ai and ask it to make the changes I want. If the matter is not too complex you can get good results fast. if the matter is complex with lots of docs it's a whole different ball game that I can't go into right now. So with non complex tasks, it's important to let ai know your views/plans/intentions etc and ask it to suggest a response. These days before I ask it to draft a reply, i have a long discussion with one ai about different routes/outcomes based on my future plans, so i can learn more possibilities then I can choose the right structure for a final draft. Unless you explore the topic based on your circumstances and how that might change in the future you won't get the best results from ai. AI wants to understand you better so as to explore for you a way/s to find solutions.
