Claiming LCWRA but planning on going back to work

Ive been on LCWRA for the past 2 years & my mental health is slowly starting to improve enough for me to think about going back to work in the next few months if i feel 100% ready. Would i need to tell DWP that im returning to work or can i just go back to work without telling them? Also would i still get any financial support or would my disability be taken away?

You do need to inform them if you start working.
You can earn £404 (if claiming Housing Element) or £673 (without HE) before UC will apply any deductions to your award.
The deduction would be £0.55 for every £1 earned over which ever amount applies.

Hi @Unknown1892 it's really nice to read that your seeing an improvement in your mental health. I won't add anything more as @Kimmy87 has covered your question. Just wanted to add that. 🙂
