Can you please advice as I have bee offered a Permanent job as a Reception with NHS. But I had a very bad fall whilst on holiday in Kenya in December 2024 and fractured my lower back and I was meant to start my job on 3rd March 2025.
what if I struggle to do my job please advise

Hi @Shruas firstly, just wanted to say congratulations on your job! I have to agree with @MW123, contacting HR, or the person who you'll be reporting into initially to raise these concerns is the best idea. With it being the NHS, I'd like to think they'll support any accessibility requirements that you have.
