Hi I had a court case Thursday for my UC appeal for lwrca I checked the letter it says the appeal is allowed and it says I was found to have limited capability for work by the respondent the tribunal found that consistent with the points already awarded by the respondent and paragraph 4 of schedule 9 applied and led to finding my name does not have capability for work related activity it also says I have to be treated as having limited capability for work related activity does this mean I won the case to get lwrca

    Awww thank you so much I was so worried I would not get it over been fighting for months this has made my day thank you so much could I ask when I'll start getting payments sorry for all questions I'm new to this all
