Change of circumstances

in Universal Credit (UC)

Hey,

So I was on a single UC claim, my assessment period was from 28th-27th each month. I did a change of circumstances on the 25th of Feb to report that my partner had moved in and we made a joint claim. It told me that my statement would be ready on the 2nd of March so I’ve checked today and nothings showing. Does anyone know why? Is it because I’ve recently done a change of circumstances a few days ago and it’s still processing? It’s making my really anxious

    It can take them a number of days to verify all the details your new joint claim, especially with the change happening right before the end of your assessment period. When is your usual pay date @Loodan01?

    My payment date is the 4th of every month. It said my statement would be ready of the 2nd March but nothings showing

    As your payment is due tomorrow, I would advise giving them a call. It is possible they are still verifying details but they could check if there is a payment blocker on your account @Loodan01.
