UC migration / Permitted work

Just looking for some advice.

(First of all I must add that I do understand permitted work isn't a thing anymore with legacy benefits being moved to full UC and the cap is around £400 before they take 55p from every pound)

I currently claim ESA, with SDP, HB, Council tax support + PIP.

My deadline to migrate is the 20th of March. I believe its best to wait until your last payment date before the deadline before you submit your migration? which is the 19th of March so I was planning to submit then if thats advised? My application is ready to go.

I thought I was claiming income related ESA only so believed I was doing a full migration to UC only plus transitional payments and housing costs etc. However after asking for a statement of entitlement Ive been made aware I am actually claiming both contribution based and income related ESA. I had no idea and I'm unsure exactly how much is income related vs contribution based, the letter is quite difficult to understand.

So am I right to believe I will actually receive new style esa and UC (with the NS ESA being deducted in full from UC?)

The part I am confused about is i have been doing permitted work for the last couple of years and I cant seem to find any clear info regarding this. I believe permitted work IS still a thing with new style esa only. For example recent claims that are new style and not moved over from legacy are allowed to do permitted work if up to 15 hours a week

"If you are working, you can claim New Style ESA if you work less than 16 hours a week and you do not earn more than £183.50 a week"

But I know if I was on income related ESA only and not receiving new style esa and simply UC, they would deduct from anything over 404 which works out at something like 8 hours a week so how will this work please with new style plus uc. Am I allowed to do less than 15 hours still? Or does the UC cap apply regardless of the entitlement to new style esa?

I have clicked the employed section, and will be making them aware that this has been permitted work on the journal. But my hours will likely reduce now due to the cap but also physical health.

Any information would be great thankyou. I'm sorry if this post is confusing but it is alot to get your head around!

New style esa will be £276.40 a fortnight, and the deduction is £598.86.

This looks more than you receive due to ESA being a weekly benefit and UC a monthly benefit. There are 4.3 weeks in a month.
