Hi, my name is Rui! How would moving in affect my niece uc?

My wife is on employment and support allowance, and she also claims pip. She would like to move in with her niece who's on universe or credit. How would it affect my niece uc

If your wife gets Daily Living PIP, then no non dependant deduction should be made to niece's Housing Element.
If currently living alone she would lose her single person Council Tax Discount, and may receive a reduced amount of Council Tax Reduction meaning she has to pay more towards the Council Tax.

Thanks for your reply. No, she lives with her two children one over 18.

She still needs to inform UC if your wife moves in, even if no non dependant deduction applies for HE.
Likewise Council Tax need to know so any Council Tax Reduction award can be recalculated.
