UC review on Saturday

Hi
I have had a msg in my journal saying I'm getting a phone call to review my claim and make sure I'm getting the correct payments. I had 1 call last week but I had to cancel it due to family trauma. They rearranged for Saturday, I had no idea they worked Saturday.
My question is has anyone had a call before sending in bank statements and ID?? I've not been asked for these in my journal. It just states I'm getting a review call.
