hi I came out prison 2016 non uc love area I was on esa prior and support group I told jcp claim esa he argue no uc I been fighting DWP to answer me I think should be on esa they say no uc but I loose on sdp can I do anything

Hi @jamesbeiroa and welcome to the community.
Sorry they're giving you the run around there. They're currently moving people who were on ESA onto UC, so that may be where the issue lies. Though if there's been a fair amount of time since you were last on ESA, they may well be asking you to just claim UC. But once you're on, you can ask for a WCA (Work capability assessment) which will start the ball rolling for potentially being found to have limited capability for work.0 -
hi I’m already on lcwra and pip high rate been since 2016 my argument is I feel should be entitled to the extra transitional as not my fault was told go on uc I argued and argued had I of filled esa form I’d be quids in
