Free Prescriptions?

I know we're all stressed about today, I have no idea where I even stand right now as I'm right in the middle of forced migration over from ESA (support group) to UC and I won't know anything until 5th April 2025.
What I was wondering about was my prescriptions. I'm obviously on medications that help keep me alive (yeh Lupus🙄) but while on ESA I never had to pay for them. I have no idea how UC works regarding this. Will I now have to pay for them ? I'm in London and I only receive ESA (well used to) and PIP.
Any help would be greatly received.
