Divorce help/info

Hi, I was wondering if anybody had any advice for me. Please be gentle.
I'm on PIP and have been for years, I've been married for 5 and live with my mum and my husband - both who work full time. My husband and I are looking at getting a divorce, uncontested.
I cannot afford the pay for the full divorce and he's been dragging his heels about paying for his half for about 5 months now because he wants to use the money for other things first. The living situation is getting difficult and he's becoming quite aggressive to me (He has autism so it's outbursts of shouting, throwing things, hitting furniture and walls around us when he's overwhelmed).
I don't "think" I can get any help with the money/fees (£585 for the divorce), but honestly I'm not sure and it's all incredibly overwhelming looking at the gov.uk site. I can't afford a solicitor to help me with it. I also can't ring people and the only way I know to access citizen's advice is via phonecall. My husband currently isn't talking to me so I can't ask him about helping to cover the costs.
It's a huge mess and I really don't know what I'm supposed to do about it. I hope this is appropriate - I really just need advice on how or where I should apply and with what, or if there's someone out there who can help me do it - especially with my disabilities and PIP in mind. I don't have any children, any savings or any other benefits besides PIP, and my husband used to be my carer. We have separate bank accounts and we don't share property because this is owned by my mother.
Thanks for reading!

Hi welcome to the forum.
When you fill out the online divorce application there is a section where you can request that your spouse pays the divorce fees.
