They are incorrect in one sense, LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?

October 24 2024

Did you report the health condition and hand in the first Fit Note on that date?

Yes I did

So believe the 3 months period end 31 jan

Assuming there were no gaps in Fit Notes, none that were backdated etc- it's the date when you hand them in to UC that counts, not the start date written on the FN.
My estimate of your timeline is:
October/November: AP 1
November/December: AP 2
December/January: AP 3
January/February: Eligible for LCWRA element.
29th February: First LCWRA element paid.
I estimate that you are owed one months LCWRA element.
Money owed is calculated separately and this usually takes several weeks at least. You'll know this has been done when a letter is added to your Journal confirming the amount they owe you.
You'll then receive the money into your bank account several working days later.
Personally I'd give it a few more weeks and see if anything is forthcoming.

With the information you gave, my timeline estimate assumed your payment date is the 29th, meaning an assessment period of 23rd to 22nd, was I correct?

Okay thank you, I was a little confused with you mentioning 31 Jan as that didn't tally with any of the dates I used 😊

I'm not a trained benefits advisor, I help people using my experience of the system and knowledge gained from others, I'm fairly confident to say I'm usually right but I won't be always.
This is why I said your timeline was my estimate.
I would say something along the lines of:
You are querying your waiting period for LCWRA.
You submitted your first Fit Note at the beginning of Oct/Nov AP within 7 days of reporting health condition. No subsequent gaps in supplying Fit Notes.
Therefore you feel your waiting period is Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan, eligible for LCWRA element Jan/Feb - paid end of February.
Therefore you are owed one months LCWRA element.
And that the advice you were given via Journal was incorrect.
