Pensioner on PIP
I get PIP and become a pensioner in November. My ten year review isn’t till 2033 but don’t know what will happen after hearing Rachel Reeves new assessment rules. I currently get highest of both elements I’m really worried

Hi @Soosie28 and a warm welcome to the community!
I would presume that because you are already a pensioner, get enhanced rate of both payments and already on a 10 year review that you should be okay when the new reforms come in.
