Hi there, I need guidance, I am disabled and receive income related esa in support group and PIP. I have been offered my flat through right to buy scheme and live alone. My fiancé has offered to help with a large deposit gift. My question is will I lose esa benefit ? Would deposit gift be considered capital or disregarded if I live I property I am confused as some websites say yes and some say no. Help and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Tia

Morning @Geo19 hope you're well? Is it possible to get an idea of the value - I think this might help determine the answer. 🙂
