At last I spoke to e s a on the phone they sent me a letter to say I am on contribution based e s a with support but it's now changing to New style e s a but on it it says I have to do a claimant commitment and if I don't they can stop my e s a there's nothing on my universal credit journal but I do get l c w r a with my universal credit anyhow speaking to e s a on the phone they said we automatically send out them letters so I have to ignore it I said well what about doing my claimant commitment she said I don't have to do one anyone else had a letter like this ? I am worried sick and on top that I am going to a family funeral today stressed out

If they want you to do a claimant commitment an appointment will be sent out- usually via your UC Journal which I've always found confusing because ESA is separate.
It's usually done by phone and is a very brief call, all you have to do is agree to keep them informed of any changes.

Good news at last my local job centre have phoned me and said we will do the claimant commitment now over the phone lasted no more then 5 minutes but she did say why did e s a want me to do one i said because they are takeing me off contribution based e s a with support to New style e s a and I get universal credit with l c w r a on top so pray it is now over 😀
