UC (LCW) and Freelance Work

I have a severe chronic illness and am about to go through the UC50 process with Universal Credit to qualify for Limited Capacity to Work (if not LCWRA). However, I'm actually getting to a point where I would like to try doing an hour or two of paid freelance writing work a week. I definitely can't do more than that and I'm worried that if I do try an hour or two, UC will try to get me to do more or I will lose my LCW status. Does anyone else have any experience being on LCW and working a small amount? Thanks!
