Help! Managed migration being ignored

I had to claim UC by 2nd April
Out my claim in on 29th March online which was a difficult stressful nightmare. When it came to my ID it kept saying my National Insurance number was wrong. It was most DEFINITELY NOT.
I am in ESA support group with severe disability premium have lots of anxiety, mental health conditions as well as agoraphobia. I cannot go into any shops, public places and buildings. U put extra notes in the journal that same day which were ignored and they booked me a job centre app at 9.20 am when my morning health is very very bad physically. This journal app caused me a 2 hr panic attack and 7 hr migraine. Citizens advice in past two weeks hqve contacted them FOUR times stating about my health and asking for afternoon appointments at home and I have left two journal notes stating similar. Then someone at UC responded a week and half ago stating my health was updated and they will try and ID me on the phone at 9.20 AM! still ignoring what we said about my morning health. This is what lead citizens advice to contact them two more times and myself, we were then promised by an online advisor today at UC who saud she was emailing the job centre at length about my health and stating to book an afternoon call and to message my journal when they have a time and date.
Yet since then I've had two CONTRADICTORY messages! One stating to come to the job centre tomorrow morning which has given me hour long panic attack and then hours of IBS and 30 mins ago a second message stating they will call me in the morning fir my ID app!? So my health issues are still being ignored.
On top of this my last ever ESA payment is tomorrow, I can't even request a loan or to be paid twice a month until they have done my ID!
This is making me SO ill. Exacerbating my chronic pain conditions too. I've mentally had enough. I contacted ESA and they weren't helpful, citizens advice keep saying not to worry but I just need my ID completed properly! I'm going to run out of money and be unable to use my motorbility car.

Hi @PennyLane78 I'm so sorry you didn't get a response to this sooner. Did you have to attend that following morning? I hope it's all sorted for you now as it sounded like an incredibly stressful situation.

Hi I was managed migrated from esa SG with SDP over to uc Got Tran protection Jan Feb and March my UC was 440 then April was 420 then 410 does this mean my UC is going to get lower every month until it's around 200 ! Coz that's what it will be once the TP has fell to zero . Yet it says that UC for someone my age is minimum 400 a month a don't understand it 🤷 ?
