Hi
I am new to this website and lookg for advice, firstly we as a couple are in receipt of UC and have been asked for bank statements, which we are going to forward in due course, my hubby is on state pension and l am disabled.
I have gone back and checked the statements and a bell has rung (was 115.00 but increased to 140.00) a month going in as a regular payment from NHS pension, l don't think l was getting this when we started out on UC anyways it will be seen as not declared from my understanding l calculated it at about 1,700 from the beginning of our claim Feb 2024 to April 2025.
What do l do now as they will see it on my statements l am forwarding what will happen please

Hello @Daphers
If you look back at old statements from Universal Credit, do they have a deduction for the pension?
I hope you've managed to get this sorted and sorry no one has been able to help you with your query until now.
