Sorry to hear that your mental health isn't good at the moment. Have you contacted your GP about this, for some support but also as you'll likely need some medical evidence to support your claim.
Are you presently on universal credit? I'd suggest looking at the below link as, with presently being in employment but less hours, this may be the best place to start looking at what benefits will suit your needs. If your not sure what is the right route forward for you, there are a few organisations that'll take the time to talk through your situation and offer some advice on routes forward. (Links below). You can book an appointment with one of their advisors. There websites are also really helpful for describing the types of benefits available.

thankyou yes im getting help and support , i dont hand fit notes anymore as was told by ucc to stop fit notes im in receipt of ucc for low wage and in receipt of lcw ,

If you want to be reassessed for LCWRA, you need to report a change in health condition and submit continuous Fit Notes.
This ensures you would receive backpay dating back to the report, should you be awarded LCWRA.
