It's not really ages away I'm thinking this year or next year for review which is what my question is from anyone who can please give some advice for this, I am thinking about it now because it's nearly ending and it's been since 2017…

The announced changes are at this point essentially a Government wish list.
What eventually becomes legislation is usually a watered down version of said wish list.
My advice is to tune it all out until the changes are set in stone, then worry and do what is needed to prepare.
Your review should be started around a year before your end date (unless they've made subsequent progress to reduce the time it takes).

If it were me with a review in 2027, I'd be looking at my previous application and award report. I'd first be looking at how many fours(or more) I'd scored and honestly assessing whether there had been any changes in those areas. If things have deteriorated make sure you take notes of how the deterioration has affected you. Then I'd consider any elements for which I'd scored less than four and evaluate and take notes on those too.
The major issue for everyone is the lack of clarity around if/when the "marking guidelines" issued to assessors will change, and what those potential changes mean for us as individuals.
We're all groping around in the dark at the moment.
But keeping on top of how we're affected by our conditions will be key to any review - particularly as we're so used to our limitations and difficulties we can often minimise them or not even recognise or record them.
Good luck x
