UC won’t respond to complaints

Hi 👋🏽
I have been submitting complaints on the gov.uk website - about my case manager or cancelled appointments, mistakes on my claim etc - none of those complaints received a response and without their response I was not able to take it to independent case examiner.
A part of it was about my LCWRA backdating and now I have won the tribunal 4 weeks ago.
But this is not enough as they had caused so much distress and anxiety all could have been prevented
So I would like a compensation for the delays and maladminstration from UC.
But PHSO says I need to file a complaint asking for compensation once again to UC - they don’t even respond .
Any ideas , tips or successes?

You could try contacting your MP, see if that produces a complaint response from them.

yes I did that last week.
But i shouldnt have to be caught in this cycle -of malpractice - it seems to be designed to discourage people from seeking justice0
