If he gets Daily Living PIP when applying for UC you can report being his carer if you care for him over 35 hours a week.
Remember to add everything up not just physical care tasks, shopping, admin issues, sitting with him etc.
This would entitle you to receive Carers Element on the claim and remove you from having any work commitments.
Here on the forum we recommend claiming UC a day after an ESA payment, to help ensure the final payment (known as the run on payment) is for the full amount.
If you'd like help Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, they can support you before, during and after your claim.

He's on pip and gets daily living and the other one both standard rate it's on his pip notes do I do this when we migrate over as even though I care for him I've never been paid to care for him I just do it as a partner will they come as assess us when I say I care for him don't know how all this works I've been with him years and just helped him like a partner does were not married though

Yes when you make the application you would report being his carer. No assessment, your declaration and his PIP award will qualify you for the Carers Element on the claim.
It's possible you yourself might have one Job Centre appointment but that would be it, once you are all confirmed as a carer you won't have work commitments.

So even though I care for him now and I don't get paid at all his pip would be enough ,is there a part on the form we're I say I'm his carer nd that hes on pip ,he's just recently done his pip review and he's still been awarded till 2027 he didn't even have an assessment they did paper based again

Yes you would qualify for Carers Element under UC.
There is a section on the form called "Caring for Someone" where all the relevant details can be entered.
