Migration from ESA to UC - housing section of the claim form

Hello Everyone,
I am in the process of migrating from ESA to Universal Credit and I’m stuck on the housing section.
I’ve been through the dummy claim form and I don’t seem to fit into any of the categories. Citizens advice Help to Claim line have given me contradictory advice. Each advisor says something different.
My situation…
I live in a flat which is owned by my parents (so I’m not an owner occupier). But I do not live with my parents (so I don’t live with relatives). They live in their own house down south. I do not pay rent or mortgage and I don’t claim housing benefit. I just pay the service charge and ground rent to the management company, and council tax. I receive council tax support, disabled relief reduction, and single person discount.
Would I be right to tick I have no housing costs? The other CAB suggestion was to say I was an owner occupier and then explain in the journal afterwards which seems very odd.
Not aiming for or expecting to get any housing costs from them (I know they sometimes cover service charges for leaseholders, but seeing as I don’t own the flat, that doesn’t cover my situation), I just want to know how best to answer the question so the process goes smoothly and I don’t get in trouble either for withholding information they need, or for over complicating things by telling them irrelevant details.
How much of the above information would I need to give them?
All ideas and information welcome
Thank you!
