LCWRA Question.

Got accepted to LCWRA on April 17th but my May Statement has come and it is only the Standard Allowance still. My first Fit Note was on January 17th if this is important information. Thanks

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc? It's the date you provide them to UC that counts, not the start date written on them.
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?

Hey there @Matt2056 welcome to the community. 😁
There'll be a three month wait from when your first fit note was handed in, as long as there were no breaks in it. To find out when you should get your first payment, could you let us know what date are you usually paid your UC each month and were there any breaks in fit notes?

Thanks @Albus_Scope
I receive UC on the 6th of every month.
As for breaks in my fit notes. I did forget to put some fit notes on when one ran out. But got the fit notes back dated to cover the missed days. But every day is covered from January 17th onwards. :)

Backdated Fit Notes often aren't acceptable to UC.
Your situation is too complex for me to advise on with any confidence, I would recommend adding a note on your Journal asking when UC are counting your relevant period from (another name for LCWRA waiting period).
This should give you an idea of which Assessment Period your LCWRA element will start.
